6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.
Aiima is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Refund & Exchange Policy available on our Site.
