Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier and are provided at checkout for reference only.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted third-party carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and service availability.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Aiima is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Aiima is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Aiima is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.


Returned to Sender

Packages returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address may be subject to reshipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for returned packages.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@aiimaofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number so we can review and advise on next steps.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
