Returns & Refunds

At this time, all online purchases are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

We kindly ask that customers review product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing an order. If you have questions prior to purchasing, our team is happy to assist.


Exchanges (Size Correction Only)

We offer exchanges for size corrections only, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please email info@aiimaofficial.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • The requested size

Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be approved.


Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original hang tags and packaging must be attached
  • Items must be free from stains, scents, damage, or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, we recommend trying garments on over an undershirt.

Any items returned in non-original condition will be declined and returned to the sender.


Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  1. You will receive return instructions via email
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  3. Items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method

Aiima is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

After we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified of approval.
Approved exchanges will be processed within 15 business days, subject to stock availability.


Sale & Discounted Items

All sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact info@aiimaofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will assess the concern and advise on next steps.


Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. We recommend retaining tracking information for your records.
